Ju Men (巨门星)

The Messenger Star

In ancient times, the star Ju Men was not considered a good star because it would block the light of other stars. Why? Because this star is considered to reveal other people’s embarrassing secrets to create a commotion. They have a mouthy nature and like to stir up disputes. They expose other people’s secrets to make them look bad, even though they themselves are worried about others exposing their own secrets. This character shows that the person under this star is often suspicious of others, so they like to gossip. This star also likes to form their own group, so it is easy for conflicts to arise if the other person is ‘outside’ of their group. People under this star like to be busy, when their childhood has a lot of hardships and success they must have gone through it with struggle. They are talented in scientific studies and foreign languages. The strengths of this star are that they are eloquent, good at arguing, have a careful mind, have a clear heart, like to handle everything by themselves, like politics, and are good at human relations. However, their shortcomings are that they are mouthy, talkative, picky, have negative prejudices against others, like to quarrel, like to reveal other people’s personal secrets, like to stand out, and like to seek information as clearly as possible.

People under this star are analytical, studious and confident when they speak. There is a famous star formation associated with this star called Shi Zhong Ying Yu (石中隐玉). This occurs when the Ju Men star is in the Zi or Wu position and the San Fang Shi Zheng is the lucky star. A person whose Self sector is in this formation is very smart, likes logical things, and even though their youth is difficult, they will eventually succeed in middle or old age. This can happen especially when meeting Hua Lu and Hua Quan. Another formation is when this star is side by side with the Taiyang star in the Yin position called Ju Ri Tong Gong (巨日同宫), the person who is shaded by this stars formation in the Self sector signifies prosperity after going through struggles in their youth. They are a hardworking, ambitious and argumentative type of person. In addition, this arrangement indicates a person who will immigrate to another country or often deal with foreigners when doing business. In work they are suitable when engaged in research, law, PR, traveling, medicine and work that is full of challenges.
